Multi year expansion schedule

Would be nice if the game let you do expansion the way the most recent real life examples did, with draft picks and a minor league system being built a year or 2 in advance. I read a post where someone had figured out a workaround to simulate it, but having the option to automatically run it that way would be nice.

Seconded! Would be cool though I imagine it would be complicated to pull off.
