Development Lab Outcomes

Seems the outcomes from putting players in the development lab are random, but maybe it’s the sample size. Are there things I can do to influence the outcomes to be more favorable? Perhaps I can get better results if players have higher IQ or work ethic or perhaps Managers development ability is a factor. Maybe development budget affects it.

Thoughts?

Tips and Tricks

Having coaches with good development traits, players with positive personalities and good morale could possibly give a slight bonus at getting better outcomes. Making sure your development budget has enough money can also help with the development lab outcome.
