Problems with outfielder assist records after season ends

In the major league, if you look at the assist records of outfielders after the season, the average is about 9 to 13.

However, when you look at the records after the season, if you do OOTP, the outfielders have too many assists. In particular, in OOTP26, the number of assists per season for outfielders exceeds 20. I wish this could be reduced.
