Development Lab Results Email

I noticed a what I think is a bug with the development lab results email. It looks like some of the reported changes aren't showing up on the ratings screen. I had two guys finish their lab with outstanding result and two guys finish their lab with poor results.

Logan O Hoppe - Outstanding Results for Plate Discipline
Email said his potential eye rating improved by 5 and his current eye improved by 15. Looking at the scouting screen you can see that his potential increased but his current did not. It looks like only the first result in the email is accurate and the second result doesn't take effect.

Sal Frelick - Poor Result for Generate Batspeed
Email says his current avoid K's dropped by 15. However it only dropped by 5 as he was rated at 70 Avoid K's before the development training.

Zach Neto - Outstanding Result for Plate Discipline
Email says his potential eye rating increased by <5 and his current increased by 10. But looking at the scouting screen and his profile shows no changes to his eye rating.

Alfonso Vigil - Poor Result for Pitch Movement
Email says his velocity drops from 91-93MPH to 90-92MPH and his control drops by 25. Looking at his scouting screen and his profile only his velo dropped, his control rating didn't change. Again, It looks like only the first result in the email is accurate and the second result doesn't take effect.

As you can see in the screenshots an automatic scouting report was done on the day they finished the program (2/17), and I requested a manual scouting report that finished 5 days later (2/22) and there are no differences between the two.
