Fictional league startup issue

I just started new fictional league, and every staff position on every team is vacant. Did I miss a setting? I don't see it.

They should have filled if you have Coaches enabled.

In any event, you can go to league setup and under "League Settings", then "Functions" there's an option to fill teams with fictional staff.

Another option is to just make sure there's plenty of FA Staff available and let AI Managed teams fill positions as you start simming.
