Minor league free agents turning down MLB for Indy ball

This has happened for a couple editions now but I'll see where a 20/25 player I'm signing to fill out a minor league roster turns it down to play indy ball. This would never happen IRL Wondering if this could be updated

I think there's plenty of players that would turn down a MiLC for Indy ball in real life. If you offer a MiLC with a signing bonus that's higher than what they would be paid in the independent league, they should end up agreeing to play in the minors.

I don't know if I agree with that, but what is the signing bonus that typically works. 10k?
