Request for new rotating schedules for long term save 2SL/3D/5T

Hello again I need a set of schedules that will rotate divisions in interleague play as follows
13 games
against own division
13×4=52
8 games against everyone else in subleague
8×10=80
6 games against everyone in division in other subleague
6×5=30
And I would like it to rotate divisions every season
Any help would be greatly appreciated
