NSBL is recruiting. A lifelike GM simulation! Real players, Realistic Financials, always the Current MLB season. Draft real prospects!


NSBL has been around about 20 years. We run a simulation of current year projections (from ootp) and natural player movement based on our GMs being a GM-for life. Simulation is a combination of owner/GM/Manager with a long arc view of the org. Real MLB/MiLB Players only, salaries are realistic. Players can be free agents and signed for realistic contracts. 60 player rosters, with 7 draft rounds/year we go a bit beyond team's top 10 prospects.

Contracts are realistic. Salary cap distributed fairly even, weighted on team wins keeps up with MLB expenditures. Details on request. (see roster sheet below)

This is a mature league and framework we've been running for a long time, half the owners have been around over 15 years. The league was started in Diamond Mind, but recruiting and stability there has finally waned. 2023 was our first in OOTP. OOTP 26 will be our platform this coming season. There are 6 openings, mostly left open from DMBs demise.
