After 1st draft, everyone stinks...

...if you believe the scouting ratings that come after the initial draft.

Three months after the inaugural draft, every single guy I drafted had his ratings hammered. Three monthly updates, I scouted every person on my major league roster, and the word "improves" appears only TWICE in the reports. The word "drops" appears in every single OTHER line in the reports.

Why is this? TCR of 100 cannot mean every single guy in the draft pool is over-rated and then this is somehow corrected after the draft.

My scout has very good ratings across the board, and was in place for the inaugural draft...yet now, he has become WAY more critical. Scouting accuracy is "very high" in the game...which tells me that the ratings used for the start-up draft should have some credibility, but they really don't seem to matter.

Is there something I am missing here? I do not recall my entire team being smoked like this after a draft.
