Injured Player Playing Though
Playing a historical game as the Leafs starting in 1992-93.
Doug Gilmour suffered a 2-3 month injury, but the game gave me the option of keeping him available as day to day with the downside being he won't heal until the offseason. My question is, if I do put him on IR now, will he heal up in 2-3 months? Or is that choice final, and no matter what he won't begin to heal until June? I ask because, if he begins to slump/struggle, I'd probably put him on IR in hopes that he'd heal. I kept him available because the team is really weak down the middle and my 2nd best centre is already out for a couple of weeks. TBH, if he won't begin to heal until June no matter what, I probably would have stuck him on IR and left him there until Feb/March with the hopes that we could hold the fort without him (we are 18-2-0 right now). |

for cpu teams some players with long term injuries have a orange + and don't miss any games yet players with a cold are set to miss at least 7 days.
this needs to be fixed, and swapped. a low lying injury such as cold/flu/stomach virus should allow the player to play through but, especially in the regular season, a player isn't going to play an extended time on a broke leg or similar |
