Can Teams Have Two GMs and Two Head Coaches?

I have never seen this before, but in my current save it looks like the Maine Mariners have two GMs and two Head Coaches. Talk about a dysfunctional hockey ops department.

Looks like the game seems to have stopped recognizing the team still had a GM and HC and found replacements at the end of last season, but somehow they're still there. It won't break anything in the game to have two of each (the new guys just won't do anything aside from cost the team their salary), but we'll have a look and see if the staff status of the original guys got broken somehow.
