With the announcement of OOTP 26 is there any news on the next version of Go?

I'm also keen to find out about the release date for this. Going away on the 8th April.. 18 hours flight and will be using OOTP Go as part of my in-flight entertainment so just wanting to know whether to get things ready on 25 or whether 26 might be released by then.

Same. I really wish they did not ignore us Go players every year when we ask this question. I'd like to be able to game plan release day but never see any date announcement for Go nor an answer from any of the developers.

I don’t blame them for not promoting the release of Go. The full game is their bread and butter, so they need to exhaust of sale possibilities of that instead of having people waiting for Go. And if this works for them and maximizes their sales and keeps allowing them to produce awesome games, I’m all for being in the dark about Go until days before its release.

there was a mention in one of the threads for the main version that the were expecting to give an update some time after the full release. hopefully we get something soon. looking forward to the new version since I skipped last year

I agree the base game is their bread and butter, which is why Go will never include all features, nor do I believe it should because that would hurt sales of the base game. With that said, we know a new version of Go is on the horizon, so a little tease wouldn't hurt sales. If someone is just waiting on the mobile version, that we know is coming, it would not negatively impact sales.

For the record I buy both every year dating back to when the mobile version was iOOTP
