Perfect Team Error

Everytime I try and enter Perfect team its giving me an error saying Could not sync players please retry

Only within the last day or so it does get stuck on the updating graphics screen it says thats it finished loading them in please wait while loading the player cards... and then after a while it pops up with the could not sync players error message

So I preordered the game and got a bunch of packs of cards and sold enough to get a 100 rated pitcher, had some good players. When the game was officially released all of those players were gone and I got new packs and didn't get nearly as many good players as before. Is this a known issue? Or is this something that happens that I didn't realize?

I am now having this issue too. Can't get into the game. It can't ever seem to sync the player cards. Did you find a solution for this?
