Schedule warning message?

I had a pop up message in preseason tell me something along the lines of "League structure has been changed you may have an issue with the schedule". Unfortunately, I clicked through it too fast. Any idea how I fix this? The only structure I changed was I swapped 2 teams in their respective league and I rename a team.

I am still on OOTP 24

Just go under league settings, click on league & Teams, and edit league structure (which you have already been in) and then top right click the generate schedule and that will fix it for you.
