How to get a refund?

Can anyone explain how to get a refund if I purchased from Fastspring?...Been looking a couple of days and emailed support in contact with no response

OOTP support would normally handle that (I don't have access to the Fastspring refunds like I used to with the previous system), but I think they're out of the office until Monday. If you don't get a response then, please let me know and I'll try to get them moving.
