Custom Game National Teams

Hello, just wondering if it was possible to make/have national teams for countries who don't normally have IIHF national teams? For a more specifc example, I have a Brazilian league in my custom game and would like to see Brazil in the World Tournaments. Thanks!

If there are enough players to form a national team plus some reserves (I think the actual number it looks for is 30), you should see the team in the in-game tournaments. However, if there are more national teams than are needed for the tournaments, the game will prioritize the teams by the talent level of the players and leave the worst ones out, so if your Brazilian league is very low-level you may not see a national team for them.

Hmm, I see. So I would have to make more players in other nations in the game such that there'd be enough nations for another level of tournaments (mine only goes down 2 levels). Can I do that mid-save, or do I need to make a new save for new nations to populate?
