European leagues and farm teams

Since some European leagues have relegation systems, farm teams can be relegated or promoted to the same league as their parent team. When this happens, the parent team no longer has a farm team.

It would be great if there were settings for managing farm teams, similar to the NHL team settings. For example, you could have an option to switch farm teams. In the Finnish league, it might look like this:
Farm team 1 = Mestis teams (and Suomi-Sarja teams)
Farm team 2 = Suomi-Sarja team (and ll-division teams)

Alternatively, there could be some sort of AI workaround. For instance, if a farm team gets promoted to the same league as its parent team, the system could automatically assign a new farm team. Currently, if this happens, the parent team is left without a farm team entirely.

Another example: if I start playing with a Suomi-Sarja team, and my first farm league is in the II-division, then get promoted to Mestis and eventually to Liiga, my first farm team would still be in the II-division. It would be nice to have an option to switch to a farm team in Mestis or even Suomi-Sarja to better reflect the progression.
