2023 Historical League: Minor Leagues Dont Exist

I started a historical league starting in the 2023 season and for some reason the minor leagues didnt exist. I know for sure i selected import real minor leageus in the creation wizard, so im not sure what the issue is.

Did you start your season in 2023? I was playing a career and in season 41 I entered 2020. There were no minor leagues that season, so OOTP had none as well. I am now in 2021 and the minor leagues are back. I have not gotten to 2023 yet, so I will be interested to see.

Update to the latest patch. This was fixed per the change log posted here:

Once you are on build 101, 2023 minors should be in the game.
