A friend trying to purchase TBCB 2.5 ran into a weird-looking page:

I sent an email to this Via Tech Technologies Inc. a couple of days ago and haven't heard anything back. They were the original elicense company dealing with Title Bout but they may have cuts ties with it. You could try calling the toll-free number listed.

I asked them at Via Tech if we can still buy Title Bout from them and they said. "Not from us anymore. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we could be of further assistance."

So much for that.
