The Morale for my MINOR league/farm team

Is there any way to help the morale of my MINOR league/farm team?

I know how the monthly budget spending works for my Major league team, but I am unable to control any spending for my MINOR league/farm team, even on the first of the month. All of the options are grayed out for my MINOR league/farm team. I can't change any spending for anything for them. Am I suppose to have control of this? Is the morale for my MINOR league/farm team something to worry about?
I have looked on my own for information on this, but I was unable to find anything specifically for FHM-10. However, there is plenty of info on this for the baseball game.
Any info would be much appreciated.

Well, you're not in charge of your minor league team. So there's nothing you would be able to do with it.

A major league club would certainly have sway over their minor league affiliate and suggest changes to the way things are going. After all, they are developing their youth.
