Custom Game - Short Players

Why does a custom game now generate so many very short players?

5'1 - 5'4 defenseman?
5'7 goalies?
(I haven't looked at the forwards.)

Also why does so many of the generated names seem to come from 1920 rather than 2020?
Millard?
Willard?
Eugene?

That is not to mention all the Hispanic names that seem like it is pulling from the OOTP database.

Finally, what is with all the obscure nationalities?
I didn't realize Romania, Japan and Israel were producing so many NHL quality players.

Let me know if this is fixable. I had to go back to FHM10, as FHM11 was taking too many edits in order to make it realistic.
