Reliever/Spot Starter designation

In my random league and I assume this may be true in straight historical leagues, I see a player with maybe 9 relief appearances and 5 starts IRL frequently listed as a SP in my leagues.
I would like to see a combination RP/SP designation or Reliever/Spot Starter designation. They would primarily be looked at as a relief pitcher but would be used as a starter in case of injury/double header. etc..

I would like to see the requirements to be listed strictly as a starter pitcher tightened up but add this additional designation.

Example might be:
1. A pitcher who was a reliever 91%+ in games IRL be listed as RP.
2. A pitcher who was a reliever 51%-90% of the time IRL be listed as RP/Spot Starter.
3. A pitcher who started 50% or more games IRL would be listed as a SP.

On the STATS & AI tab, left side, under strategy where the rotation size, Relief Pitchers, Position Players numbers are listed-the RP/Spot Starter would be counted as a RP.
