Offering Another Team's Draft Pick In Trade?

It's Trade Deadline day and I am playing as an NHL team. I used the "Needs" screen to find a player who met my need in a trade. When I right click that player's name to add them to a trade I get "Add Pick" instead of "Add To Trade", and then when I go to the "Offer" screen I am somehow offering the player and pick I am willing to give up - and a pick for a junior team. Not sure why, it's not my pick to have much less trade.

Definitely going to need to see the save for this one, there are multiple things that shouldn't be happening. And which player was it that you were trying to add to the trade?
