I use something called ShareX to take screenshots which auto-uploads to Imgur (or any other image hosting site you want, it caters for them all). It's lightweight, open source and easy to use.

No problem, a friend of mine kept going on at me about it...I was so stubborn, only ever using the Windows 'Snipping Tool'. When I downloaded this...my screenshot game was revolutionised! lol
