FHM10 - Historical & non-NHL Facegens - update

[Castleview]

This update covers :

Historical - any new pre-WW2 players including the NHA era, plus a bunch of previously missing international players.
I've not looked at post-WW2 other than a 2022 historical start - not anticipating many additions.

Europe - all players on protected lists at 1st July 2023 for whom no facegen already exists, in the

Special Characters - I decided to just include special characters (copied from player_pics filename) on the basis
that some will work ok. I've also included a large number of duplicates of players with special characters who already
exist without. Suffice to say a large number of these probably don't work, and you will need to edit them out from the player
profile in FHM and fg_files (if no character free duplicate exists).

I don't think there is an up-to-date compiled megapack for the NHL only.

That Seventies Guy covered most of the NHL & WHA up to 2021-22 seaon, and Pontuzza
has covered any updates since then.

I've done most of the non-NHL players for historical, but I've also
included a few NHL players (and the NHA now) that were previously missed , plus a large number
of historical NHL Staff. Also duplicates for numerous name and date variations.

It probably makes more sense to do megapacks by date, rather than leagues,
but it's hard to keep track when you have various people working on them.

Finland - Mestis - 322 players (includes any U-20 players listed on rosters on Mestis website).
Sweden - HockeyAllsvenskan -198 players.
Russia - VHL - 530 players.
Japan - Asian Hockey League - 137 players.
Australian Ice Hockey League - 242 players (there are a few players I couldn't find a photo of).
Poland - Tauron Hokej Liga - 250 player approximately.
Latvia - Optibet Hokeja Liga - 270 players approximately.

For Poland & Latvia I have duplicated players with & without special characters. I should probably have
done this for the Asian League as well, as a lot of the special characters don't work as usual.

There are a few better versions of some players previously covered.

There are international players in historical for the Olympics, Canada Cups and World Juniors (from 1974).

The historical players in the last update are mostly from NHA era.

The last update was in March, so thought I'd better release a final FHM10 update.

This update contains just over 6000 facegens and covers the following:

Austria - Alps Hockey League
England - NIHL D1 & D2 North and South.
Italy - Italian League
Sweden - HockeyEttan - teams from A to L (about half the league)
Switzerland - MyHockey League
Eastern Canada Senior League - about 400 players (LNAH farm league)
Russia - around 2500-3000 ex-KHL and ex-VHL players from Standard Game (active and retired).
Usual assortment of corrections and better versions.

I've not updated the megapack as it's now too big too upload. I'll maybe look at
splitting it by date for FHM11, and maybe include NHL players as well.
