How to shut off Waivers in Historical ???

I was just wondering if someone could quickly help me figure out how to shut off waivers in historical if at all possible.


On July 1 I see you can go into Rules and there is an Enable Waivers tab that is checked but I can never uncheck it



Any help would be greatly appreciated

Nope I have Commissioner mode on

Can you post a screenshot of your screen, i don't have any issues with that, can turn off/on at willl.(both info screen and rules please)

If you go into the NHL League drop down on July 1 while in commissioner mode you can uncheck the waivers or waiver draft.

That's the rules page of this particular save July 1 1973 I have had this issue in other years also.


I can see the Enable Waivers but you are not allowed to check it on or off

Hmmm not sure why.
