Online League Draft Quick Question

If we are doing a quick complete draft for the last few rounds, and everyone does a quick draft list, if the commish selects "finish draft" will the AI use the lists players created or is that something the commissioner will have to go through manually to make the picks?

Honestly never really done the draft lists in our league before and there's not much detail in the manual. We have stats plus but can't really use that draft tool because of AI teams, but want to give the people who care the ability to steer their picks for the last 5-10 rounds we sim.

So any details on how online League Draft lists work would be wonderful.

I have only ever done my drafts on stats+ for online leagues, so not a clue.
