Laptop Died - Can't unlicence game

Good afternoon,

I recently lost my computer after a BIOS update and I can't un-license my existing game (I use the other license on my work desktop). I tried installing the game on an old laptop I had sitting around and I can't activate it. I sent an email to OOTP Support but have not gotten any type of response.

Is there a ticket system or some other manner that I can contact them?
