Inconsistent Pitching BABIP in CSV Exports

I'm experiencing an issue with pitching BABIP (PBABIP) values in CSV exports for our online league.


Here are the details:

Version: OOTP 25.8 Build 87


Issue Description:
When creating CSVs to upload to our league's StatsPlus page, the pitching BABIP numbers in the exports are inconsistent with what we see in-game. This problem has persisted since we converted to OOTP 25 in June.


Symptoms:

• Every player in the database has their PBABIP rating listed as either 25 or 30 in the CSV exports.
• This occurs regardless of the underlying 1-250 rating in the game editor.

Troubleshooting Steps:

• We've worked with StatsPlus Dave to try and resolve the issue, but he was also unable to find a solution.

Additional Information:
I've uploaded a copy of our league file to the FTP named "pbabip_csv_dump.zip" for further investigation.



Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a workaround? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
