Crash Report: "Topping's Farm"

I had saved a game I was playing out in 3D mode ... bottom of the eighth, trailing 2-1. Went back in and now it will not let me:

1) finish playing the game out in 3D mode, and
2) finish by quick-simming the remainder of the day.

No matter what I do, the game immediately crashes. I have submitted my zipped .dat files to the server with the name ToppingsFarm.zip ... I hadn't created a backup of the game because I use dynamic save, and had only been playing this one out for a few days so I hadn't thought to do so.

I got in this state once and the "Finish Simulation" option under the Play menu also crashed. But when I clicked that little check mark on the right side of the UI (it says "Auto-Play Until Tomorrow" when you hover over it), it worked.

Maybe try that?

It seems like there's an issue with one of the games in restoring properly. We can correct this for a future update, but unfortunately it will not make the current patch cycle.
I have simmed through the day, and hopefully the issue will not re-occur. I will send a link to download those files so you can continue.

Thanks for the quick fix! Sad to see the AI used Bobby Shantz in that hopeless game, blowing his 16 inning streak without an earned run, but glad to be able to keep my quixotic quest to improve the '55 A's alive
