Arbitration Offers & Qualifying Offers
Qualifying Offers were not answered or reported for the first time that I can remember. We also have 49 Comp Eligible Free Agents - which over the course of our 23 year league - may be the most comp free agents we've ever had, combined!!!
As for Arbitration... Players who were negotiated with and signed, still went to arbitration. Henry Meilleur (New York) Players who were bought out still remain with the team Paris, Beaton (player history page) shows a buyout of 2.6MM on Nov 10, and him making 10.3MM for 2041 and still on the roster - but he should be a free agent There are many others as well. I've uploaded the 11/26 file, and exports that went along with it. Long Island, and Oakland definitely had QO's to players, as did Seattle. Then I uploaded the 12/4 file, to show what actually happened. We just switched over to OOTP 25 (25.7.80) a week ago and are waiting for the beta patches to be released. Hopefully, between both files we can get this straightened out. Thank you Gary |

These screen caps show just one team's arbitration issues.

After rolling the SIM back and trying separating Arbitration and the start of Free Agency.
IF that is the actual work around, it's then a bug that may need addressing. |
