Custom logo not working

Having a strange issue in PT, where my custom logo "packsaddle_blackjack_pck_B32D2E_FDFFFE_0E0E0E.png " file is visible in the list for ALL LOGOS but when choosing, then display reverts back to default OOTP25 logo image.

its getting worse, now I cant even get existing logos to stick, Box Score does not show anything for my team.

Chose a standard logo from Fictional list, I can see it on Team page, Standings page, but Box Score is not showing anything
