Importing coaches

I'm surprised this hasn't been added yet honestly.

It would make life so much simpler for people playing historical mode if we could use the import feature to import a coach with their historical records.

To explain:
If I start a game in 1988, because Bobby Cox wasn't a manager that year, he doesn't appear in the database. You can go and import him as a player, retire him and turn him into a coach, but his record is 0-0.

A better option would be a simple import feature that allows historical players the option to go through and import any coaches/managers they want using their IDs and it would include their job history.

I'd also suggest making sure that only managerial wins/losses count to record.
