Having problem accessing perfect team

Hi I'm a Korean user enjoying perfect team. Currently I'm having problem accessing perfect team. Every time I try to access it a message appears telling it can't download PT league files and to try accessing later. I have tried it several times and for several hours, but it still isn't fixed. Perfect team activates normally on my mobile phone(OOTP GO25), but just doesn't work on PC. Can I know the way to fix it?

Do you use the latest version of the game?

Additionally you may need to whitelist the game if you use a firewall.
