Game crashing

OOTP 25 Patch (Version 25.7.80) I downloaded this morning. Simmed 3 months then hit July and the game crashes on July 3 (weird)
I think I need to send a bug report, how would a computer illiterate do that? I'm out of here for several days so won't be back till Sunday
