Pausing Team

Is there any way to take your team out of the PT universe for a period of time? I’ve noticed that whenever I have a spell where I am unable to log in and manage my team in the latest season that they tank disastrously. Generally I was keeping them somewhere about the .500 mark as I learn this game but the current season has been a car crash any time I am not able to get on and manage things regularly. They currently sit at a mark of barely above .300!! No idea why but just wondered if it was possible to put the team on pause while I tried to work that out or at least until I have more time to spend managing it day to day.

Ok thanks for the very swift response. I guess the only answer is to not worry about it and try to make sure I login more often.
