What's in Luxury Sharing accounting line?

Quick question…
In an online 24 league, Commissioner having confirmed luxury tax disabled as the league uses "Revenue Sharing" instead, there are small amounts ($4k to $7k) on the "Luxury Sharing" line for 31 of the 32 teams involved.

What might also be part of that line, even with that option disabled??

Sounds like an error. Seems impossible for 31 of 32 teams to be subject to payroll tax.

Unless you're playing an era where $7k matters, which I doubt, jump over it.
