Can a setting fix this results problem?

Anyone having this issue or maybe it's a setting I need to change

When I am playing the game, I do not do pitch by pitch I just hit the swing away button. But then the count shows up and either an out lights up, a run shows on the board, or shows a runner on base before the pitch is thrown, I already know what the outcome will be before the ball floats onto the field

This is what works for me best: when I hit button, I don't look at the scoreboard, instead I watch action. I have some custom camera views I like for Pitching camera and HP Action camera. Also, I hide top area during action, it's an option in View. Animations are very scarce at the time, so you quickly learn to predict an outcome of the play, but action is by miles more suspenseful than watching scoreboard.

what are your 3D animation speed and PBP speed settings at? I use "normal" and "fast" but there are settings like "lightning" and "instant" that could be creating what you are seeing.
