Live Start - Pitchers Ratings

Hi Guys,

When I play, I like to jump into a live start One thing I've noticed recently is when I do a "live start" there are a lot of established pitchers whose ratings are way lower than they should be.

For instance, I just live started a new game and there are only 30 Starters with an Overall Rating of 50 or greater. In commissioner mode, I noticed that pitchers current movement & control ratings are all well below their potential, including for long standing starters without that much more growth.

By contrast, I started a new game to compare and there were 96 starters with 50 or greater rating. So, the LIVE START is the issue.

Just wanted to flag in case the developers weren't aware of this bug.
