Is it possible to give a character the "iron man" trait in commissioner mode?

And if possible, please let me know how to do that.

I'm not an iron man even though I have a current injury rating of 0 and a stamina in the range of 250.

Is it because I turned off the injury setting?

I may be completely off here, but I think in order for "Ironman" to get displayed there's some type of age or playing time component involved. Pretty sure I read that somewhere in the past anyway, but I could be imagining it.

Try just turning on Injuries so the game looks at the injury rating.
