Edit or Retire Manager Question

I am getting pretty far into my game and the "age" of my manager is getting up there. I used my real birth date when I started and not a younger version of myself.

3 Questions:

1. Is there an age limit for my personal manager or c an I keep going to 150 or beyond?

2. Is there a way (I cant seem to find one) to edit my age younger so I can keep playing without having the screen telling me I should be 6 feet under?

3. I know there is a "Retire" option -- if I choose that can I create a new manager in the same world I am in and just start as an unknown again?

I have the same question. I’m playing an historical game with the Red Wings through the 50’s. I’m playing as Jack Adams. If I want to continue the game through the 60’s what are my options?

1. With the way the FHM engine currently is, no one "dies", so it is hypothetically possible to keep going. HOWEVER, teams do take into account your age when looking at jobs. So at some point, you just won't be considered anymore.

2. Not that I am aware of.

3. Retire. As soon as you do, advance to the next day and you'll be prompted with creating a new Manager.
