Professional Service Time is counting when player is in IC

This is happening since OOTP 24 GO and I reported it last year but It's still not fixed. you may missed that.

This will cause rule-5 almost useless and they will get Minor FA qualification so much early.

Please do not say to me "those options are disabled by default in OOTP GO but why you turn on those options?". It's basic OOTP features.

This is what I posted before. I agree that my description was so bad. anyway, All of those are still happening.

If you need my save file than I will upload it via Google Drive. I can reproduce anytime about Service Time issue which I explained here and International FA Issue which was explained in previous post.

Another problem because of this.

Also I just recognized this - Because there are default service time limit for A+/A/R MiL, especially Rookie and Single A league have extremely weird player pool. Like, they all have RED arrows but doing well because other teams also have same problem.
Some player even have to skip Rookie league right after he promoted from Complex due to service time.

I love your decision that add more Rookie Leagues in OOTP GO but for now those are useless.

I think you should do something with this..this looks like cause another problems even we don't think about.
Last year, only rule-5 and Minor FA are effected so it was not too big but now it seems to be effected on prospect's development and how the minor leagues are operated.

Players start accruing service time the year after they are signed. That's more or less similar to what happens in real life when players move on to real leagues like the DSL or GCL.

Oh my God. you were right. I thought old version of OOTP was not counted IC player's service time but I must remembered completly wrong. Maybe I never be able to thought myself that counting service time in IC is intended. sorry for made some noise.

Also I don't touch minor leagues since OOTP 16 or 17(my coach will control) so I tought this was only Go's problem.
