Best time for REAL players

Just small survey

It's better to have from Your point of view.
1) Start in 1994 Season and have Real players without Ovechkin/Crosby.
and Player born till 1984
2) Start in 1997 Season and have real players including Ovechkin/Crosby and player born till 1987

Not sure what you mean by best? What's the goal or hope you have for the set up?

If I want play custom game. My real life juniors can have min. 10 years.
So my question is. From logical point of view its better to include Crosby/Ovechkin in the Save starting in 1997 or not include and start in 1994.
If e.g. we would have sth called Superstars Players Era it would theorethically be better to not include Ovi and Crosby as there would be also No Stamkos,Tavares etc.(1990born) but I would have e.g. Eric Staal born 1984.
Its like dividing Player Born Year to dofferent baskets like
90-00 this "basket" Player era
05-15 e.g crosby-ovechkin era etc.

I think this is just a preference thing then maybe? Do you not want to add players manually? Might be fun to play 90 to 00 and then add other players you'd like to be in the league.

I guess I'm just trying to figure out if there is an experiment you want to run or if you just don't know which era to play.
