Does anyone create "fictional" players that aren't in the game, such as ***, CPBL, and LMB players?

I'm talking about real-life players that play in leagues not included in the game. If so, what do you base your ratings on? Is there a formula you use? Do you put the players stats in a formula?

This makes me think of a great request for an added feature to the game.

Add a feature to the in game editor when basing ratings on stats to change the environment it's based on. This would allow you to easily recreate players based on stats that are inferior to MLB.
Kinda like how you can change what league scouting ratings are based off of.
Of course you'd have to have the league created in game to use the environment
