AI Keeps Messing With My Roster

The problem persists, I just recently got a 93 Sid Fernandez, slotted him into my bullpen, and hit submit team, only for the next league file to come in and for it to be put Fernandez on the reserve roster for 14 games. I really would like to know how to stop this because it is a persistent issue that is tanking my Perfect Team seasons. I've removed all but one player from my reserve roster and yet the problem still happens at least once a season.

Are you switching between go and the desktop version or just on one or the other here?

One thing to be aware of, if that if you hit the submit button after the countdown to the next sim ends, that often times the submit will not take, and you'll need to wait and redo this once the new league file comes in. That may not actually be the issue here but I just mention it for what it's worth.
