3D Ballpark Attendance Graphics

I've noticed in my fictional league play that the 3d generated ballpark attendance does not match the displayed attendance total generated by the game. In other words, the game may generate say, 17,000 in a ballpark that has a capacity of 40,000. Yet, the 3d ballpark graphics generated shows a capacity or near capacity crowd. Am I missing a setting somewhere or is this not changeable? This was not an issue previously.
