Nagel27 Bat Boy Join Date: May 2015 Posts: 6	International Signees I feel like I never have success converting international signees to become even adequate major leaguers so I ended up zeroing out that budget and moving that money to development. Anyone else have this issue? It just doesn't seem worth it to spend millions on 17 year olds who have a long way to go.
