Combinators locked on missions

I can't afford to lock combinators on missions..... does anyone know if this is fixed? Is it defaulting to the combinators? The mission card selection screen shows the main base card, nothing says combinator.

I locked quite a lot of missions yesterday and it was very much appreciated that I could set combinators to lowest priority.
