Baseball World Cup eligibility

Hi everyone, I enjoy running the baseball World Cup next to the MLB in my games. It’s usually not that much work and quite fun. I’m just a little bit confused about eligibility. Some big name players I can add to the roster no problem, but others (namely Aaron Judge) come up as ineligible. I am managing the Yankees as my MLB team, and I was wondering if there was a way to allow him to play. Thanks

He might have declined or have been injured when it came time to select rosters. If you go into the options for the tournament in league settings, you see that the default for players declining is set to sometimes (I think).

I put that down to never, so players will only be ineligible when they are injured.
