Ratings exceeding 80 in Historical

So excited for the new year! Historical stats looks so much better! Only thing for me though is in my 1977 Blue Jays save, I have players exceeding 80 in the 20-80 scale in their ratings. For instance Jesse Barfield would have a potential of 100 in Right Field and Bob Bailor would be 85 in Avoid K's. Is this a bug or is this intentional?

It's a setting, you can toggle it on or off. It's actually not new, has been there for a while now.

I've never run into this in the past. May I know where this setting is where I can toggle it off? Sorry for the trouble!

Global Settings tab. Show Ratings > Max about half way down the left hand side. Can set to YES, or No cut off.

setting

There is a setting. It looks something like this Player Value > Max Rating It looks something like that. The way it was set in the past was the max value you could see is 80. In actuality a player might be quite a bit over that. It just didnt show it unless you changed the setting. This year the default setting shows it. Do me a favor though. Set up a fantasy league. And just peek at the inaugural draft and please tell me what type of Stamina Scores you are seeing for SPs. On mine the SPs all have very low stamina scores. Nothing like earlier OOTP games. They are all between like 40 and 50. 55 shows up a little. I seen one pitcher with a stamina score of 65. but pretty much everyone is either 45 or 50. Which seems like not much diversity at all in this particular trait for pitchers. I would appreciate your feedback on this.
